If you are allergic to any ingredient, we ask that prior to reservation or upon arrival at the hotel, stop by our front desk to let an employee know the food you are allergic to as well as the type of diet that you require so that we can let the staff know and assist you in a better way.

We would like to inform you that Emblem Flow offers alternative meals for guests who have food allergies and will do everything possible to assist you with your needs.

Please note that all food menus served by the hotel are prepared and cooked in the same kitchen and for this reason there is a possibility that the allergen may not be fully eliminated and can contaminate even the alternative meals. However our chef and staff go to great lengths to ensure the wellbeing of customers and have them feel welcome and safe when dining at our restaurant. If the guests know that they have severe allergic reactions to certain foods, we may refuse service for their safety.

In the case of buffet style, we may not be able to accommodate all the foods to be allergy-free. However to make up for it we do allow guests to bring their own meals in this situation. Please be advised that guests who bring their own meals to dine in at the restaurant will need to let a staff know ahead of time.
